We are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Deal Closer with strong expertise in B2B and Telco markets, and solid experience within the IT and Technology industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals in Bangladesh and confidently engaging with enterprise decision-makers.

This role requires a commercially sharp professional who understands industry language, builds credibility quickly, and thrives in a fast-growing startup environment with distributed teams across Asia and the Middle East.


Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from qualified opportunity to successful deal closure.

  • Close high-value B2B deals within IT, Technology, and Telco sectors.

  • Engage with senior executives, procurement heads, and C-level stakeholders using industry-specific sales language.

  • Develop strong pipelines and consistently convert opportunities into revenue.

  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery and technical teams to align client expectations, pricing models, and solution scope.

  • Maintain structured sales documentation, CRM updates, forecasts, and follow-up processes.

  • Analyze market feedback and refine closing strategies to improve conversion rates.

  • (Bonus) Generate and qualify B2B leads through networking, partnerships, referrals, and outbound sales initiatives.


Job Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • 4–6 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of closing deals in Bangladesh.

  • Demonstrated success in sales deal closing roles (hunter/closer profile).

  • Prior experience in IT, Technology, Telco, FinTech, Banking, or Recruitment sectors is highly preferred.

  • Strong B2B and Telco industry knowledge.

  • Proven expertise in IT and Tech solution selling.

  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and deal-closing capability.

  • Presentable, confident, and fluent in professional business communication.

  • Self-starter with ownership mindset and target-driven approach.

  • Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with distributed regional teams.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple enterprise deals simultaneously.

  • Fast learner with strong commercial awareness and adaptability.
