We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – HR Process Reengineering to support Project Stargate, a strategic HR transformation initiative. The selected candidate will play a critical role in redesigning HR processes, aligning system implementation with business needs, and ensuring structured documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle.


Role & Responsibilities

1. HR Process Reengineering

  • Conduct end-to-end process mapping across HR modules including Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management (PMS), Learning & Development, HR Operations, ESS/MSS.

  • Identify process gaps, redundancies, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.

  • Design optimized “To-Be” process frameworks aligned with industry best practices and organizational policies.

  • Facilitate validation workshops with HR stakeholders to finalize process improvements.

2. Requirements Management

  • Gather, analyze, and document Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

  • Translate business needs into detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

  • Maintain requirement traceability from documentation through configuration and final solution delivery.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and system implementation partners.

  • Coordinate requirement clarification sessions and support UAT preparation activities.

  • Maintain issue logs, risk registers, and resolution tracking documentation.

4. Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain structured process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.

  • Prepare periodic project status reports and dashboards.

  • Support change management and communication initiatives during transformation phases.

5. Testing & Implementation Support

  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.

  • Validate system configurations against documented business requirements.

  • Support go-live readiness activities and post-implementation stabilization.


Job Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, MIS, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR systems implementation or transformation projects.

  • Proven hands-on experience in HR process mapping and process reengineering initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.

  • Experience working with ERP / HRIS platforms.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in banking or large corporate environments.

  • Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP / PMI-PBA) or Process Improvement methodologies.

  • Prior exposure to HR automation or digital transformation projects.
