We are seeking a DevOps Engineer (Support & Monitoring) to manage and maintain production environments, monitor infrastructure health, and ensure high availability, stability, and performance of deployed systems. This is a hands-on operational role focused on infrastructure monitoring, CI/CD support, logging, and production incident management.
Role & Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor production and staging environments to ensure high availability and uptime.

Provide Level 2 technical support for infrastructure and deployment-related issues.

Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and logging tools.

Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Handle log aggregation, monitoring, and analysis using Elasticsearch / centralized logging systems.

Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.

Deploy updates, patches, and fixes to ensure system stability.

Maintain and administer Linux-based systems (RHEL/AWS Linux).

Monitor database health, performance, and availability.

Automate operational workflows using scripting and DevOps best practices.

Prepare and maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and monitoring procedures.
Must-Have Technical Skills

Strong experience in Kubernetes (cluster management, deployments, scaling, troubleshooting).

Hands-on expertise in Docker containerization.

Experience with Monitoring Tools: Grafana, Prometheus.

Experience with ElasticSearch / Log Data Management / Centralized Logging Systems.

Strong knowledge of Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines).

Strong working knowledge of Linux environments (RHEL / AWS Linux).

Experience managing and monitoring Databases (SQL-based systems).

Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows.

Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices.

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Support, or Production Support roles.

Experience working in monitoring-focused or managed services environments is highly preferred.

B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science or related discipline (exceptional candidates may be considered).

Experience supporting live production systems with high uptime requirements.
